My visa already got stamped in Dec 2023 but as per new regime GIC is changed to $20,000 CAD. As i have received my study visa does my GIC certificate of $10,000 will be eligible or do i have to deposit 20,000?

No worries, you're good! Basically, what it's saying is that starting from January 1, 2024, anyone applying for a new study permit will need to have at least $20,635.
