GIC deduction

i have paid my GIC fee on 25 march 2019 and on 1 april 2019 i got a message that your funds has been refunded due to mismatch beneficiary custoner name and odering customer and after that my bank told me to ask an update to scotia bank and the bank updated my name as per passport within 2 days and after the bank asks for rs7100 and i paid them rs7100.But the amount i recieved on GIC certificate is 10,050 $CAD but i paid for 10,265 CAD$. Plz help

nothing you can do...the do deduct tranafer charges... now you have to oay again acxordingly to dollar rate..10230

200 dollars is processing fee they will deduct that from the amount.

I made a wire transfer yesterday to scotia bank
Ordering customer name was Kagithala shaik Abu Afzal
And beneficiary name was Abu Afzal Kagithala Shaik will that be a problem ?
Please help me with this issue
