GIC certificate not recieved

I have completed my GIC transfer for Scotia bank on 6 September , but still i haven't received my GIC certificate . Please someone tell me how much time it will take to send my GIC certificate.... Please help me I'm so much worried about that.

I've called and they people are saying that they haven't received any fund from me but my bank has transferred GIC fron my account and also gave me aa swift copy.

How is that possible?! If you have a swift copy then the money should be there. Check properly if all the details are correct in it

I have checked, all things are fine but they said that they haven't got aby fund,.

No. This can only happen in two ways, either the scotia bank people are giving you wrong information or the bank has not correctly filled the details like account no. Etc.

Why they give wrong information? I mean in which cases

I just guessed it. They either accept or reject gic. I haven’t heard until now that funds are not transferred even after this many days

During the call i was so confused that i mistakenly told them wrong spelling of my email account and they doubted that it was not me so may b they would have given wrong information but if this is not the case then when will be my money?
