Ghost Update Online Application

Hey folks

I’m a July applicant and registered for the tracker two weeks ago . Initially I thought the last update date at the top just corresponds to the current day but i recently realized that’s not the case

the last update for me is now July 20 but there’s no visible change in any of the status , everything except test and oath have been in progress since the day I registered for tracker which was July 9 or so so I think the July20 update is a ghost update

any other online applicants notice these kind of ghost updates ?

usually when there is a ghost update it mean someone touched your application, and you should receive some changes soon

I received a ghost update in both mine and my wife's citizenship application on July 21st. Nothing updated since then.

how long after the ghost update did you get a response from them? i have same situation
