Getting Special IT Permit while waiting for PR. Help !

Hi guys,

I have a job offer from an IT firm here in Vancouver and I believe the best way to get working with them is to go to the border and get a special IT work permit (as my qualifications fit under both NOC 9990.5 and NOC 9990.6). As the company has not been established a yr in Canada (4 months) and has a parent affiliate company in Germany, I'm wondering exactly what papers/documents to bring to the border to be successful? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I would dearly like to be approved

i want to apply in same category im in canada right now so how to apply
