He is flying with Air Canada from Peru. I assume he will land in TO and then connect to Montreal.
I just wanted to know beside his passport and his Confirmation of Permanent Residence, if he needs anything at all.
He is not bringing much into the country. He'll have one suit case, maybe two, with mostly clothes and relatively inexpensive personal effects, such a cell phone, computer, gold bracelet, gold chain and gold earrings.
As he is having PR visa under Family Class, his passport and COPR is enough. It would be better if he keep a piece of paper along with it showing his residential address, contact telephone number ( your home telephone number ) if it is not already different than from the COPR. The officer will update it while reviewing the COPR when landed.
No need for any B4 forms as he carries only reasonable personal stuff. The declaration form distributed on the airplane should show if any liquor or tobacco purchased from duty free shop.
My home address has changed since we applied, but we never informed them. It has my parent's address on it. That said we will be moving again in about a month or so after he gets here so, should we just leave it with my parent's address for now as we do not know what will be our new one in March.

In that case keep the present address as it is. If a new address is given, it will be updated to the immigrant's file and the PR Card will be mailed to that address. Consider at least 2 months time for PR card delivery.
