Getting PR through Closed Work Permit of Ontario Employer

Hi , if i have Job Offer/LMIA/Closed Work Permit for Ontario Employer , then after working for 1 year which program can i apply that would give me enough points to get PR. As i know if i apply through CEC , i will only get 25 points in CRS after 1 year work experience in Canada which would not be enough to get the PR as my current CRS score is 330. Is there any other Program that i can use for getting PR after working on closed permit for 1 year for an Ontario Employer.

Check OINP streams (there are 9) and see if you are eligible. Your employer would have to support your nomination. So employer needs to meet eligibility requirements too. What is NOC?

NOC : 2147 & 7246

You need a primary NOC so use the one on your permit. Ask employer to support nomination after one year. They will have to fill out forms. Calculate your score and see if you will be nominated from the draw charts. You have to stay with that employer until you receive PR.
