Getting PR into Toronto when we applied for FSW in Vancouver

When we applied for FSW program, we put in the application that we want to settle in Vancouver. Over the time we changed our minds, and decided that we want to settle in Toronto.

We are landing in three weeks, and are planning to stay in Toronto. Are we going to have any problems with this? Our immigration visa does not specifies where we can live and where we can get our PR card. I hope we are not getting into trouble.
