I'm from a visa-exempt country and my husband will list me as accompanying spouse in his study permit application.
But I plan to join him couple months after he goes to Montreal to study at a cegep.
My question is:
1. what document should I bring to prove that I am a spouse of a student with a valid study permit at a port of entry?
2. Can I apply for open work permit at the port of entry? If so, what is processing fee? Or is it better to just enter and apply for work permit at a later time? Is the fee same?

I am not satisfied you meet the requirements of R205(c)(ii).

The vo should clearly come to know that your job is NOC B category, my friend got rejected two times because of this. The processing time cannot guarantee.
