I am not certain about the workflow - how do you get your transcript paper sent to WES from your home country's university?
WES is giving this form: http://www.wes.org/ca/required/International_Transcript_Request.pdf

But what exactly do i need to do? Contact my Uni and ask if they can honour my request that I am about to send? OR just send that form and simply wait until they respond to WES? Also, how do I translate my transcript into English if its being sent directly to WES?
