Getting married while holding a Study Permit

Hello everyone!
I have been a Master's student in Canada since Sep.2019. My status in my current study permit is 'Single'.
If I get married during my studies, when can I apply for my spouse's visa? Is there any specific time to wait before applying or I can apply immediately after getting our Marriage Certificate?

Documents that prove the Genuity of marriage . marriage certificates , call logs , e mails exchanged, photographs , joint accounts , pictures , testimonials of people who attend the wedding , watsup messages, receipts of gifts or money exchanged etc etc.

Hi, I have applied for study permit through SDS two days back. It may take minimum 1 month to get the approval. So what if I get married before leaving to canada and I want to take my spouse along with me? Do I have to resubmit a new application with updated passport details and all? please reply
