hello, I recently received my PR card. I will be getting married by the End of the year. As per the processing time, it could take a year for spouse to receive PR or she cannot come along to Canada for 1 year after marriage.
Is there a visa she could apple to come along while her PR is in process? Any suggestion will be helpful!
Thanks!
She would need to apply for a TRV although chances of success once a spouse application is in can vary. All you can do is apply and hope for the best.
If she gets a TRV you could go the inland sponsorship route and apply for a work permit at same time otherwise the Outland route means no work and just a visitor with extensions until process completes.
