Getting married after getting student visa

Hi all, I have recently got my student visa for canada. I and my partner are planning to get married. Pls help me is it ok to get married after visa Do I need to inform immigration?What Documents are needed.? Or can I inform them after landing in canada? Can I call him to Canada after my enrollment in college. Pls help me and suggest me the best way

When u gave biometric pls tell nd how many notifications comes in u r mail when u got passpory requst pls tell me its urgent

You can get married anytime. Your student visa is a temporary visa, so there's no need to inform IRCC.

He can apply for a visitor visa to accompany you after you're married. This is not guaranteed, but unless they are suspicious of something, it's usually not that hard to get.

He can also apply for a work permit that will be valid for the same time as your study permit. Again, not guaranteed, but usually possible.

When u gave biometric pls tell nd how many notifications comes in u r mail when u got passpory requst pls tell me its urgent

When I gave biometrics, I don't get any confirmation mail. After 18 days of biometrics, I got mail from cic to submit passport and then after 3 days I got my passport back with canada stamp. So dont need to worry if u don't get mail right after biometrics.

It would be difficult for your partner after visa it’s clearly shows your purpose of marriage. I suggest you u go to Canada join your study after completing your first semester you come back India for getting marrige that would be genuine for both..after completing first semester you have will enough time .most importantly than you have to spend atleast 30 plus days with your partner after marriage.
