So my uncle brought his kids up from Jamaica on his green card in the US they were under 18 as the years go by long story short he went to court for his green card he lost the case and lost his green card for himself and his kids were deported now the kids are over 18 they all live in Canada and the kids wants to know if they can apply for a green card to the United States for their selfs now

If they are Canadian citizens or PR, they van find a job in the US and get a work visa, after that they will be eligible to apply for the green card.
