Hello

I will be arriving in Alberta in a few weeks. I have read about the requirements to get a Class 5 licence if I have previous driving experience in another jurisdiction. Link: www servicealberta com/1671.cfm

I have some traffic violations in my record(the worst being a speeding ticket and DUI[I was found innocent later, but I couldn't get it removed from my licence record]).

Considering that my driving experience(10+ years) can be proved with my foreign driver's licence and driving abstracts/record, would the traffic violations affect a GDL Exemption Application?
