Getting a PCC from CHina

Hi,

Has anyone had to procure a PCC from China? I was in Shanghai for 2 years on an assignment from 2007 to 2009. I need a PCC from China it seems.

There is no reliable information available on internet for this. I have even tried contracting an agent. But they are asking for a payment method which is not used in India. I am in a serious trouble.

Can anyone help me or throw some light on this?

My PCC from China does not cover all my stay there, but I can't do anything, only explain it in a LOE.

China only covers the time with a working/student visa on the PCC. Before I got the working visa I was living there for a year, in a business visa, as I was doing an exchange program. Will I have any problem? My PCC only covers the time I was with the working visa.
