Getting a job offer before while PR is under processing.

Hi,

I would like to know what is the best way to get a job offer even before getting your PR card or invitation to apply?

I am a business analyst with more than 6 years of experience in IT industry under Banking Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain. I am applying for jobs in Canada through Glassdoor but not getting any response back. Any pointers will help, as I want to secure a job position before immigrating.

Realistically it's next to impossible to get a job offer. The employer has to obtain an approved LMIA which is a very long and expensive process with no guarantee of approval.

Agree with Scylla. If you want to really know the best way then there is one - If possible - get an internal transfer from your existing company.
