I have heard that having a canadian education helps you a lot in finding jobs in canada. I have a degree from UK , are there colleges out there who will accept this degree and then convert them to canadian one ? Mine one is internationally recognized , they might ask to do a few courses and pay a fee.
Does anyone know of any such thing ?

Yes, there are some options available. It is better to ask your university for other universities with whom they have agreements. Also depends a lot in the degree you are holding.
