Get married using X husband name

Hi, I am annulled in my country get married here in canada since im on TRV when we get married i just show my passport id to get license to marry and then when i got my marriage license my surname is still my X husband. I just renew my passport and use my surname when i was single. Planning to apply my PR my passport is in my single name now but my certificate of marriage is different in my passport. since i cant use my present husband surname when i change my passport bcoz PH embassy wants me to file an amendment in my marriage certificate. do u think it complicates that my marriage cert. and my passport are different but all my other doxuments still in my X husaband surname. hope u can give an insite in my concerned thank u.
