Get I get an application copy for TRV issued 7 years ago via GCMS?

I want to submit a GCMs request to get a copy of TRV application forms submitted to an overseas embassy in 2011. The visa was approved and it’s valid till 2020.

Do you think IRCC holds information this old?
I heard there are cases that people tried to retrieve application submitted years ago and ATIP responded that the files were destroyed.

Applications are stored electronically. Yes, you can request for the application through GCMS
