Generic Application: National Identity Document

Hi all. I am applying for my wife's PR Visa and came across something. In the section where they request a National Identity Document, I am assuming that would include her Korean ID number. However, this does not have an expiry/issuance date. Should I leave this blank?

Can't speak to the question of which Korean ID, but yes, if no expiry date, leave it blank or write N/A. I presume the same for issuance date (although surprised by that)
