Generic Application Form

Hi there I have a question.
For my PNP, I need to fill out the generic application form. It asks me for the country of residence (which is Canada) and from which date til which date so I put the dates from the beginning of my work permit and when it’s gonna expire.
Them it asks for “during the past five years have you lived in any country other than your current country of residence for more than six months? Should I put the dates from my previous work permit as well?
