Generic Application form-IMM0008- Dependant Signature

Hi All,

I have filled the IMM008 form with mine, wife's and daughter's detail. all in single form.

I have concern on where should my wife do the signatures?
as in the last page it has 'Consent and declaration of applicant' which provides space for only my signature.

Should i attach a 2nd copy of this page & get my wife's signature ?

I am not filling/attaching ""Additional Dependants-Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] (PDF, 471 KB) July 2011""

Please advice.

there is no need for deponents signatures on Generic application form...
