yes i applied for jan intake ...so hope nait replies to my mail of urgent offer letter requirement.
 
i think you can apply after 1st December .. as processing time is 2 weeks or more .. due to loads of applications in December vfs mention to apply before 1st dec just to be on safe side... your case is pretty strong .. attach all the mandatory documents and submit the file as soon as you get the offer letter ....
