GCMS received, thinking of cancelling my application any views

I send them updated documents on 25th july..but I dont think it will help..I am thinking of cancelling my application. It will save me month or two what are your views on it. These where generated on 29/07/2013

Credentials granted on 2011/11/10 eligibilty period under student stream appear to be less than on year. Supporting docs appear to be insufficient to demonstrate one year exp under student stream. No additional doc required..

when did u applied for ur CEC?? it sounds like you are being judged based on the student stream. in this case, if u didn't meet the education requirement b4 the new rule, it is likely that they might refuse u and it is good to cancel to avoid getting refused. wait for others to advice. when did u applied for ur CEC?? it sounds like you are being judged based on the student stream. in this case, if u didn't meet the education requirement b4 the new rule, it is likely that they might refuse u and it is good to cancel to avoid getting refused. wait for others to advice. Good luck

Applied on 31st oct 2011..
Updated with new reference letters and explanation letters last month. It's ok, I will get next time as I am now eligible .

I did it last month but my file was dated last on 26 June and notes got generated on 29 July.

Just my opinion ,there's nothing to be gained by cancelling at this point. If this application is refused for not having met the work requirement, it will not harm a future application in the least. Many people have reapplied and succeeded.

Let us keep it up, you never know what is gonna happen next. At least you have received the notes even though you applied for them after me, I have been waiting for them since july 9th.

Updated with new reference letters and explanation letters last month. It's ok, I will get next time as I am now eligible .

Have you considered consulting a lawyer?

You'd been expecting this to happen anyway...set an appointment with a lawyer (some of them are horrible - you don't have to use them, just get some direction from them) and in the meantime, re-fill all your applications and order a new PC for you and the wife.

Well, I am not sure if i should call my future employer who put condition as a PR and tell them whats notes are saying. I was thinking to tell them after final decision is made. I dont know what lawyer will do since i already send them updated reference letters along with a detail letter about PGWP issue date.


But, at least i know I qualify for CEC. Completing all my papers now, just waiting for final decision soon...

Absolutely, you qualify under 2013 rules. Get all your paperwork ready for when you get the final decision on your last
application and re-submit right away in case you get refused.
