That’s most likely under security screening Zeina.
S.15 means that’s govt is not willing to share details certain specific parts of your application, which is pretty common.

Generally speaking for Middle Eastern based applicant it generally takes time because of enhanced security checks

What about the activities!! What does this mean ?!? We have the first 3 blank only the UIC and the name of my husband
and the 4th one is for security
