GCMS question - correspondence

I have received copy of my GCMS and I found it quite interesting, although certainly not incredibly easy to digest.
Among the things I don't understand there is a record that is listed under the section "Correspondence".

There is a list of 2 incoming messages (the ones I sent through the Web Form to inform them of periods longer than two weeks that I was going to spend outside Canada) and 3 outgoing messages. The 3 outgoing messages are:
- Acknowledgement of Receipt
- Notice to appear to write a Citizenship test
- Citizenship application record of decision

I have received the first two, but I never received the third one. Does anyone know what that is?
