Can I apply to order GCMS notes (about my study permit application rejection) from outside of Canada? Though the information will be my relative's, who is in Canada since GCMS notes is only given to Canadian citizens.
 
Hey anyone can you please help me from where can i get GCMS notes? My consultant is suggesting some third-party website which i generally don't trust and he is telling that if i order under Privacy act, i will not get all information they will just send it's processing. My study visa file is stuck since last 3 months tracker is showing all completed.
