Hi i got refusal under sec 40(1)
- (a) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of this Act. I got this refusal in Sep 2017. After i went Usa for study and i got canada tourist visa in 2019 now i am in canada. Then it means that I don’t have a ban for 5 year??? Or if i order GCMS notes then It will affect on my visitor visa they can cancel my tourist visa also

Because i want to know what was the exact reason so k i can apply for study so its risky?
