GCMS Notes Tracking Number

Hi all, just a quick question regarding the GCMS Notes Tracking number received on the acknowledgement of GCMS Notes request email received after submitting a GCMS Notes request.

Does anyone know a website where we can enter the tracking number or if not how the tracking number should be used?

I called IRCC and the person said she knows that a tracking number is provided after a GCMS Notes submission request but she does not know it's purpose. What a joke these IRCC call centre staff are.

If anyone can help it's much appreciated.

I think you have to email ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca with your tracking no.

Hi manidhatt, thank you for your reply. Will try that. You would think that they would state that on the email received after GCMS Notes submission request.
