GCMS notes say file is finalized and approved but no email yet for PPR

Dear All,

I am in a very strange sitaution. Its been 13 months since my AOR. I got my GCMS notes yesterday and it states that my file is approved and finalized since 25th october 2016, the same day when my BG went in progress. But i have not received any PPR email yet and my CIC also states that final decision is pending. Its been 6 months since review agent has closed my file with approved remark. I raised many CSEs to my visa office but no reply. Is there anything I can do?

Everything is passed.

Yes, I check all the folders regularly. Infact there is no new message in my CIC account as well. Generally people from New delhi visa office receive PPR as new message in CIC account.

Have you tried visiting the consulate or embassy in New Delhi??

I live in Dubai and my secondary VO is abu dhabi. Don't know if they entertain visitors in NDVO. If yes, I can plan a short trip to new delhi. Any suggestions how to meet them?

You can simply call the embassy and find out if they accept visitors.

Have you also tried calling the IRCC call center?? You should be able to reach them on 1-613-944-4000.

Hi - did you reeive the PPR email. I am in similar situtaion. My file has been approved for more than a month now, but no PPR email.

Yes i have received my ppr and passports as well. I suggest you to contact your VO and get an update. I guess, you should receive it anytime soon. If you email them or raise a CSE , they usually get back to you in 2-3 weeks.

Thank you for the response. I will reach my 6 months deadline on Aug 7th. I will raise a cse once I complete the 6 months.

My SVO is also Abu Dhabi. Received FD 3 weeks back yet no PPR
