I received refusal after AIP
visa officer notes are
Study plan is not reasonable given the employment and education history
I note that
motivation letter provided is vague and generic and does not clear career path and how such selected program will be of benefit.Given the employment and previous education, motivation to pursue studies at this time is not reasonable
The applicant has failed to satisfy me that pursuing the selected program of study is reasonable weighed against potential career and employment benefits and local options available for studies.
I have completed mechanical engineering and choose supply chain management. Please i need genuine advice

What is fake advice? You need to justify why spending tens of thousands of dollars will advance your career and education in your home country. You need to show that you will be making more money when you return home with career promotions. Your SOP is vague and poorly written it seems with no plan.

Your course is only relevant if it expands on your education. You have a degree engineering so does it? Is it a Masters? Supply chain management is a common course for international students like global business management. How much more money will you be making and what promotions will you get when you return. Supply chain management is a general course so can be taken in your home country as stated in your GCMS notes. Go for a masters.
see I completed mechanical engineering in 2018 and then worked as a supervisor in automobile company till 2019 and in july 2020 i submit my study visa application. In september 2020 i received AIP letter and started studying online. In december quebec suspends 10 colleges and IRCC ottawa stop processing on indian applications. In june, clean chit was given to colleges and IRCC send new request letter to all indian students enrolled in these colleges regarding study plan, proof of funds older than 6 month and representative form. Then after 1.5 year they rejected me by saying this.In my class out of 22 students 15 got refusal.I completed 14 subjects out of 18 in supply chain course but at end got refusal and was not able to get diploma recognisation.
Well you attended a private college (diploma mills attended only by international students) and not a public college. Get admission to public college and reapply. You should have never started studies at a private college without a study permit. You can complete the program if you only have 4 courses.
Better but not a great school. Anyone gets in. Hopefully your SOP clearly states career advancment with higher salary and justify doing a PGD not a masters in a different discipline.

truly speaking he did big mistake that he selected supply chain management with mechanical engring background. terrible, there is no way u can justily the link between mech engring and chain management, only way u need to chose a couse in engring or if u having difficulty to study engring then what i suggest u choose occupational health and safety in NSCC college or ant college or university, then it would be easy to get ur visa

The person who posted this suggested health & safety - not health. Healthy & safety is not the same as health. Healthy & safety would in fact be relevant to your occupation and work experience.
