Hi all,

I got my GCMS notes today. For reference, today marks 30 days since I ordered them.

2016/01/23 *** AGENT REVIEW: police certificates R10 OK All police certificates on application; following PC's NRT : RCMP, Australia and Traffic History. Criminality Decision Passed. AGE Applicants age reviewed and no change from ITA to e-APR.

2016/01/16 *** AGENT REVIEW: Education Documents ECA report verified on issuing agency website; foreign credential confirmed on ECA site. ECA Canadian Equivalency Summary reported by issuing agency as Completion od a college-level certificate (1 year). Credential is consistent with level of education claimed by PA under EE Eligibility.

2016/01/12 *** Support Service Agent APPLICATION EExxxxxxxxx REGULATION: CEC I have reviewed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following. EXPRESS ENTRY - APPLICATION SENT FOR R10 REVIEW MIN score : 472 - ITA Score 478 PRINCIPLE APPLICANT APPLICATION PROMOTED: Existing UCI review notes for representative: No Representation MEDICAL ATTACHED TO UCI: Yes RCMP check initiated CLIENT FEES Paid PROOF OF EDUCATION PROVIDED Yes LANGUAGES: PA - English CELPIP - Received: Met Threshold and Verified DOCUMENTS SET FOR REVIEW: PPT/CLIENT INFORMATION/EDUCATION/FUNDS/POLICE Birth certificate located under the PPT line CELPIP test located under the client information line.

2016/01/12 MEDICAL PASSED - no health impairment sufficient to prevent admission for medical reasons under section 38 (1) (a)
RCMP Screening: Status: No reportable trace

QUESTIONS:
1 - I am a CEC applicant currently working in Canada, I am under the impression that I am exempt from POF as per the CIC website, I was hoping to see something saying "POF exempt" in my notes, and I had also uploaded a letter regarding this. Should I be concerned about rejection based on POF even though I am a CEC applicant?

2 - Does anyone see any red flags here that I should be concerned about? Has anyone been rejected after passing R10?

Thank you kindly for any insight offered!

We have very similar timeline and almost identical GM notes. If you haven't done so already please check out the forum I created. My notes are there as well as post from other CEC in-landers with November and December AOR's.

Here's the link to the forum:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/inland-cec-aor-in-nov-or-dec-lets-share-our-progress-t397298.0.html

I have since ordered another set of Notes which should arrive in a week or 2. I would suggest you do the same because between the last update and now there may be more updates made to our file (this is just my assumption).

POF or exemptions are not mentioned in the notes unless there is a problem with it. You will find it mentioned in the first pages, can't remember which section, that POF EXEMPTION: met

2 - Does anyone see any red flags here that I should be concerned about? Has anyone been rejected after passing R10?

No red flags, you should be going to the A 11.2 stage (Eligibility check), then the final stage of Security check

Thank you kindly for any insight offered!

Thanks for the responses, I appreciate all your insight.

I will order another set of GCMS notes today. Great thread Ontariolove! Very useful.

Doda, perhaps it was too early in the processing for the POF exemption to be mentioned in the notes. I had a thorough look through everything and don't see "exemption: met" anywhere. Or maybe it won't be mentioned at all since POF is not a requirement for CEC...

Again, I appreciate all your help!

Maybe. As a FSW, I found a section in the first pages that mentioned that Exemption from Settlement funds: Not met, and then Funds Available: met. But in the officers' notes it was never mentioned once.

Anyone?

Sorry to hear that, rejection after 4 months is very harsh :(

What does Security check mean here? from GCMS notes I believe everything is complete except work experience verification might be remaining

Sorry to hear that. In something of a similar situation. The first company that I worked for closed down over 8 years ago. After trying unsuccessfully on LinkedIn and other social media to locate my former employer and colleagues, I did a 'Notarized Self-Declaration' supported by:

1) T4 equivalents
2) Tax Return from the Year in question showing my profession as an accountant
3) Payslips confirming hrs worked
4) Confirmation of Employment and title by Institute of Chartered Accountants
5) Evidence of the business de-registration from the Securities & Investments Commission, and de-registration for Income Tax, and GST

Hopefully my saving grace is that without this year I have more than 5 years of 'full-time' continuous experience where I did submit employer reference letters on employer letterheads.

Let's see how this goes.
