It's only permanent residence , citizenship, work permit or an agent can apply
Trv applicants can apply only if they have either of the documents in their name

Canadian driving licence or
Address proof

Did you get an acknowledgment and temporary tracking no e Mail from them ??

Atip sends an acknowledgment e mail when you have successfully send them the required documents

I got two acknowledgment e mail, one was on 22nd and the other I just ordered was on 28th, only 6 days apart lol

I'm thinking to write them an email to cancel my first order.

The only thing I attached on the last notes was the consent form, hope it will be ok or at least they will ask me for more proof if needed, thank you for your response though!!

If they are missing some documents, like the one you mentioned, they will either process your request anyways or will contact you by email to request the missing document. So, no worries, you will have your request processed sooner or later - ATIP has a very good customer reps who are diligent in the work they do and their communication with the customers (us), that at least was my repeated experience with them in the recent couple of years.

I think I better write them an email to cancel the first order.......it's only 6 days apart from my first order (that I applied for myself but forgot to attach the proof of my residency) and the second one ( my husband to be the applicant and I attached my consent). Hope this will be ok.

I got to the confirmation page, but after that it asked if i wanted to fill out a survery, it did not send me to a payment page.

Only Canadian Citizen/Resident can apply GCMS notes but if you don't have any one in Canada, still you can apply as I did via gcmsnotes.ca and I got my notes with in 30 days. ;D

You pay when you order the notes, and attach the consent form with the notes request/application.

I made the request in early November on the 11th I got an e-mail saying that I filled out some section wrong and they did not receive the payment. So I made the correction and made the payment. I sent both back to the CIC via email. In the automated response they said privicy request should take 5 days. Today is the 27th 15 days later and still no response. It there a number I can call for a status update. I tried the phone number on the automated letter but it did not have any option close to what I was aksing for.
