GCMS notes/Contacting MP: is it a good idea to ask for them/contact him

The notes will not affect processing time. It takes roughly 31 days to get them emailed back to you.
Contact your MP if you have a specific question for them - like - if you want to know if the VO as received your medicals, your police checks, or whatever you have sent them. The MP cannot speed up your process or answer a question like "What's taking so long?" or "How much longer?"...
