Any prediction when my file will get approved and how far I am from PPR?

My medical is expiring in October. What shall we do if IRCC doesn’t request any medical?

Mine expired a couple weeks ago. It was already my 2nd medical. Why they asked me to complete a 2nd medical if they weren't going to process the application within the validity period I do not know. I'm waiting to see if they extend the 2nd or ask for another medical.

AOR Aug 2019, SGVO. Received approval in April 2020 but no PPR till date.

Is your AOR early 2019? I've not heard of SGVO issuing any PPRs to FSW applicants.

No, I'm not SGVO. I was just responding to the OP's question about medicals once they expire.
