To be noted, I already linked my account to gckey.
I had an update on sponsor tracker which shows 'we sent u a msg...'
Now on tracker there is a mistake on the email address for contact of sponsor. Should we receive the message on gckey also or it's for PA only?
2. How to correct the email address for future correspondence?
3. Also status on tracker and gckey is different. Which one is more correct/up to date?
1. Someone with more experience will give you a better answer but, I think when you link your gckey account, that becomes your primary form of contact with IRCC.
2. On the tracker, under the tab 'Contact Details' if you scroll all the way to end there will be a blue button called 'Update details using the web form'. Click on that and follow the instructions.
Fix your email asap
3. Neither. They both complement each other. Sometimes gckey shows something different than tracker, sometimes more or less, but in the end they are both leading to the same thing.
