Was wondering if someone could possibly provide me with some advice. I have had my GCKey revoked automatically without me revoking/cancelling my application. I noticed most of the forums out there are for users who have revoked it themselves but have been unable to locate a forum where it was done automatically? On the 27th of June,CIC emailed me asking to provide RCMP Certificate based on Fingerprints. Received the certificate, tried to upload it to my profile and that is when i noticed my " YOUR GCkey user name and password has been previously revoked".
Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

Appreciate your response. No one but myself has access to my profile. I will try and contact IRCC tomorrow during work hours and hopefully they can resolve this. I did not even receive an email notifying me that my profile has been revoked, which i found to be a common practice for individuals who have revoked it themselves.

To be honest I didn’t do anything. I just opened a new account and tried linking the old one, but it didn’t work. Now I even have a provincial nomination and don’t know what to do? My own situation, I think someone had access to my account
Have you contacted anyone regarding this issue? Any reply? I am still figuring out what to do also. In some cases ive read the account has been connected back. Will update if something works.
Error: You have entered an invalid Express Entry Profile Number and/or Job Seeker Validation Code. To avoid errors, you should copy and paste these codes directly from the message in your MyCIC account. what does this mean cause everything is correct from my side
How did you managed to retain the previous account that has been revoked Gckey, I tried linking with another account, it didn't work for me. Does CIC provide something like a reset option mailed to my e-mail for this purpose?
Is there any other option available other than linking to a new account?

Please how where you able to sort this, as my GCKey account was also revoked automatically and I got a nomination from a province based on my profile number and job seeker code, how do I retrieve the information
