GC key linking issue

I have all the information required to link an application online.

but what could be the issue that it isn't linking?

have tried around 20 times in 4 days.

if someone can assist?

What kind of application? How long ago did you apply? Did you apply online or on paper?

it is an already refused application if my father's trv but I wanted to link refused application to my GCKEY as the agents who applied they arent giving the GCKEY because of security questions.

it was applied on 16feb and refused on 24feb. its an online application

when I was looking at CIC application its written if we lost our GCKEY username and password, we can link it to new GCKEY by answering questions provided.

What exactly do you wish to accomplish with this? I'm not sure if this is at all possible or allowed, since the application is completed.

If you wanted to get the details of the application, you should be able to request both the documents submitted and the officer's notes using ATIP.
