Well, Looking back over the last seven years since i met my wife i realise now just what stuff i have discarded without thinking about it. Plane ticket stubs gone, Old computers destroyed or sold without copy / saving chat logs. So much stuff lost. So i figured i'd appeal to the community, see what you think of what little i do have left.

First my wife and I have a son together, and I have a Certified Long form birth certificate for him from the state here in the US
Secondly I do have our phone records dating back to june of 2009. it is as far back as Vonage will allow me to search. Printing those out has yielded thirty or so pages of calls
Third we have our wedding photo's, I am going to include a wedding invitation that was printed in surplus to go with this as
Fourth we do have some pictures from when we first met at the Minnesota Ren Faire, We'll include those
I plan to include notorized statements from my parents, my siblings as well as a family friend who have all met my wife, seen us together as well as attended our wedding. (Around 5-8 total)
I have copies of western union transfers i have sent to her in the last year to help provide support for her as well as my son

Do you guys think i have enough or should I continue searching for further evidence?

A US/Canadian relationship doesn't need as much evidence as some other pairings. If there are no 'red flags' in your relationship, you won't need much more than what you have.

You must have photos from throughout your relationship: get a selection from the beginning until now, and lots including you, your wife, and your son. Photos showing a happy family group are best.

The support letter writers should also include that they believe your marriage is genuine, and why they think so.

The Western Union receipts are good. Do you also have other financial proof? Things like joint bank accounts, joint credit cards, both names on the lease/mortgage/utility bills, each other named as beneficiaries on wills/insurance/medical plans, etc.

Since you've been married for 7 years, things like mingled finances and proof of a happy home life are more important than proof from before marriage, so don't worry if you can't prove everything. Trips taken together can also be proven from photos and letters from family members you went to visit together, if you don't have the plane tickets anymore.

pictures of your wife with your friends and family and coworkers.
even at work's christmas functions etc.
any pictures you would of taken over the years no matter if it was just a trip to the beach or to a garden will also be good.
do you have facebook? well you can include a pic of your profile if it status your married status to her. (i did)
what about life insurance beneficiary, bank accounts? gifts that your credit card will have on record that you bought her. how about christmas cards, valentine day cards and so forth.
and if you dont have the proof, then write! yes WRITE a story on how it all began and what happened to the present. (to cover the first few years that you dont have saved evidence for)
you would be surprised at how much evidences you have but you really dont think about it...e.g. cards addressed to you and your wife for birthdays etc from friends and family.
just think....think...and you will get some more bits to add i am sure!
Also ask your family if they have pictures of you together, you never know! more to add!
