Hi there,
My younger brother is going to apply for student Visa.
His ielts score is 6.5 ( 6,6 ,7.5,6.5)
Study 12th - 70% and bachelor in arts with 70%. No backlogs .
However, he finished his bachelors in mid 2017 and he hasn't done anything after that.
Agent wants that we must have an experience letter of study related to make a strong case.
My question is isn't 2 year gap accepted normaly without showing anything?? Or we must provide some experience letter.
We just dont want to leave any stone unturned that hinders the Visa approval.
Study gaps are not usually a big issue but you do not mention what subject he wants to study and how that relates to current qualifications as well improves prospects on returning to home country

So, your agent wants you to fabricate a document ?
A gap is in studies is OK, you just need to state what he was doing from his last program till the present date.
The program should be related to what you studied, or related to your work experience. If not you need to give a justification for taking the course ( career change etc. ).
You need to state what exactly he was doing till the present date. I would suggest be honest, if he was not working you need to give a justification as to why he was not working, what doing the course in Canada will do for his prospects back in his home country.

Gap is not an issue, I think I had 5 year gap.
The problem for him is how will he show he has any ties to home country if he has been unemployed for 2 years?
Officer might think he has no future to return to and thus an overstay risk, this needs to be addressed somehow in his application letter.
Like @bongoman said, having a so called "study gap" is not an issue. The problem is the 2 years he was unemployed , or in your words doing nothing. How you resolve the issue is up to you. However I would not suggest fabricating documents as you could get into trouble in later processes such as express entry.
