I won't do the same..i have no interest in bds that's y m failing here..if i was a good for nothing kind of a fellow i would have never scored an overall 7 in ielts..bt d Visa officer doesn't know about my calliber..he'll only be judging me by my recent education which is a big flaw

You are talking about two things. Yes, your agent is right by saying you cannot claim you studies BDS when you did not complete it.
However, you have to mention that you did BDS in the " employment history" portion of the application. There must be a clear chain from your last education qualification you completed till the present date.

Overall 7 is nothing special, Visa officer will be judging you by what you present. You can give a letter of explanation/ SOP and mention your reasoning. You want to bend the system, not follow it.

That's exactly wt m saying..he'll not judge me by wt i did in 10th or 12th..whether i ws a good student at that tym or not..whn i'll state abt bds he'll only assume that m academically poor by seeing my recent status which is a sheer bad luck..so i can't help n cn get out of this hell bds..cuz i won't have a strong sop
