Hello , I am a refugee in Malaysia and my relatives submitted the papers in February,2020 . I got the acknowledgment of receipt (AOR) but I did not get update after that . Is my application healthy?

Yes - this is normal. Processing times for G5 applications is 2-3 years and there will be long period of time where you hear no information or updates.
