I have sponsored my wife 2 years ago under spouse sponsorship and now we are trying to sponsor my brother in law as well.

Since I sponsored someone 2 years ago. Can I become one of the five people who are sponsoring a refugee under G5?

Since you meet all the requirements of eligibility to be one of the 5 sponsors, Yes you can sponsor agian. I know people who are sponsoring more than one person under different G5 programs at the same time.
