Further medical information is required notice

Hi my wife got an email on sep 29 2016 about further medical information required she need to go get X-rays for the chest again that's all she got in the email on sept29 2016 and they said that they send a letter on May 19 2016 but she didn't receive any letter. They also said it must be completed in 30 days or your file will be closed. Her medicals were done on May 9 2016 and she went on oct 3 2016 and completed the further notice of the X-rays. I am wondering that when I will receive any information about when the medicals are passed or if they need more information about X-rays and if anybody can tell me when I would receive an update and also if this has been done to anyone also and I also check my CIC and it's been saying medical results in process but it's been way over 2 months like that can anybody tell me when I should receive an update.
