I have received an e-mail from the CIC, regarding my Inland Spousal Sponsorship stating the following:
1- Schedule A: You have submitted an incomplete Schedule A Background / Declaration (IMM5669) form(s). When filling out the "Personal History" and "Addresses" sections of this form, you must provide details for every month and year since the age of 18 or the past 10 years from the date on which your application was received, whichever is most recent. There can be no gaps in this period of time.
"There can be no gaps" : I have checked the application I have submitted, I can see no gaps in time in the dates provided for the last 10 years, during which I have had 2 addresses and 2 jobs.
For the Personal Information, Section 6:
2009-10 to 2018-12
2004-05 to 2009-09
For Addresses, Section 10:
2009-09 to 2018-12
2003-08 to 2009-09
Is there any mistyping in the dates that is involving a gap or is the gap pertaining to missing fields about the exact addresses?
2- Divorce Certificate: You have indicated in your application that you were previously married. Please provide a copy of the divorce, annulment, or death certificates (whichever is applicable) for each of your previous marriages.
I have indicated that I was previously married, but I have mentioned that I am separated and that the divorce is still under process and I have submitted a translated document proving my separation with my previous partner. Do I have to submit now a Divorce Certificate?
For the Schedule A - if you provided an address for 2004-05 to 2009-09 and then from 2009-10 to 2018-12, there is a gap from 2009-09 to 2009-10. I know it doesn't look like a gap to you, but there needs to be an overlap (ie, for the first address, it should be to 2009-09 and the second from 2009-09, instead of 2009-10.)
For the divorce - you are still married until the divorce is finalized. You cannot put "divorced" until you are actually divorced.

It'll depend on the visa officer. I mean, saying "2005-9" as the end of one address and "2005-10" as the start of the next one makes sense, since you typically move at the end of the month... but it's also at the same time not strictly true.
If we have submitted that I am seperated, and they have asked for a divorce certificate.
I can not provide a divorce certificate, since the divorce is not finalized yet and that was clearly stated in my application.
In this case, will this result in a refusal of my application?
Will I be asked to leave Canada even if my work permit expires on July 2020?
