pleas advice on funds, after showing proof of funds in Indian banks , how to convert them all to Canadian funds, does banks allow this anyway, like my bank said they wont issue more than 2000 cad, how do members did then and carried their funds when they entered Canada, please advice

You can ask your bank to make a Bank Draft for you for CAD, you can also get the travellers cheque or get a cash from other bank if your current bank does not have.
There are many ways to do it. BEst probably is to open an account in Canada and transfer funds or get a draft made. Please see some threads on how o carry funds to canada
