i have current account in bank where i am liable to pay some amount against business loan to bank .
is it necessary to settle loan first of all , or to show extra funds to ensure that i have sufficient funds to repay loan.

If you can show that you have sufficient funds in your savings account, it is good enough. You dont have produce your current account bank statement.
