IF I have an apartment on my name , can I show that as proof of funds ( as an asset ) ? If yes how are they going to value it , should I write the market value of that apartment .

Proof of funds means 'settlement funds' i.e. liquid money, not assets. This may include cash in bank or term deposits.
Regards
You can show it in the "Assets" section of the form (followed by Liabilities and Total funds), but your assets will not be included in total available funds as they must be liquid and transferable.
