Hi all,
I submitted my application under sds category on 24th june 2020.
For funds :
1. I have already a GIC account with 10000 CAD since last year and ;

2. Shown a bank balance certificate worth INR 12,50,000 ( approx 25000 CAD) on behalf of my father where it is mentioned that this amount is for his son's Canada Student Visa Application.

Note : It's only a bank balance certificate on SBI bank's letterhead signed & stamped by the bank.

Is it ok or it was necessary to show on stamp paper instead ?

In my opinion I would rephrase the statement to 'This amount is for his son's tuition and living expenses for the duration of his study'. And also include a bank statement for the past 4 months to support the balance certificate.

Just an opinion.
